I hate that I’m so culturally ignorant in terms of music, movies, celebrities, etc. So step 1 to remedying that is to watch all the classic movies. I’ve decided I’ll start with the Top 100 of all time (per Rotten Tomatoes) first! The only ones I’ve seen are the Toy Story movies, but I’ve forgotten the first two anyway..so it’s time to rewatch :)

I’m so blessed to have had the opportunities and experiences i’ve had.
Today, when I was at the 2014 WWS orientation for juniors, I realized that I’ve really taken advantage of the Wilson School to grow and cultivate myself and expand my future potential.
I spoke for the WWS Student Advisory Committee - but I could’ve also talked about Cape Town study abroad..and SINSI..and a federal internship, abroad no less.
Wow.
This realization of how I’ve made the most of my experience with the Wilson School (and there’s still so much more to take advantage of! This year I want to focus on the grad students and faculty, writing advising, thesis funding, lecture series…whatever else comes my way!) has put me in such a good mood right now :)
About to go to a body pump (I have no clue what it entails..) workout session with some friends..
I have so much work, but I owe it to my body to keep it healthy and fit!
It isn’t by getting out of the world that we become enlightened, but by getting into the world…by getting so tuned in that we can ride the waves of our existence and never get tossed because we become the waves.
